The statistics will open as a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel.
EXPLANATION OF STATISTICS OF DEPRIVATION 2000
The spreadsheet will open as an excel document in a new window. You can cut and paste data to investigate hypotheses you have formed from the photographs and maps.
For example do indices of deprivation change with distance from the city centre?
Is there a pattern in the types of houses along the transect?
You can form your own hypothesis and investigate it using the data provided. Remember to open and save a new excel document and cut and paste the data you want from the web site to your spreadsheet. You can then use the excel package to show your data graphically.
